There are so many to chose from... I'd say the contact form is my single most important plugin.

I need a good one that adds bookmark buttons to every post. The last few I have tried have not worked well. Any thoughts?

So many good ones! My must haves that I've gotten lately are a lightbox plugin, and the All in One SEO Pack. The SEO Pack has done wonders for my google rankings.

OK, here's a new one... I decided to change the permalink structure of my blog... and the Permalink Migration Plugin helped me as perfectly as anything else...
